The results are in: our 2026 US Agencies Benchmarking Report has officially launched, packed with insights into the performance and evolution of the US agency landscape. In this article, we spotlight the agencies that delivered the most impressive year-on-year (YoY) growth, both in percentage terms and in absolute gross income growth. Read on as we reveal this year’s Top 5 Rising Stars and Top 5 Fastest Growers.
Before we dive in, it’s worth noting that larger agency groups and networks were excluded from this analysis. This year’s findings are based on responses from 25 US agencies, compared with 29 agencies in 2025.
Top Rising Stars
Our Rising Stars ranking highlights the agencies that achieved the highest YoY percentage growth in gross income. To ensure a fair comparison, agencies founded within the last two years have been excluded, as their percentage growth figures would be disproportionately high.

Top Fastest Growers
While the Rising Stars ranking focuses on percentage growth, we also wanted to recognize the agencies that achieved the largest increase in gross income in dollar terms.
Leading the way is Dentsu B2B, which reported an outstanding $48.2 million increase in gross income year-on-year. Not only did the agency rank #1 overall in the US report, with a gross income of $128 million, but it also secured the top position in our UK edition, demonstrating strong growth on both sides of the Atlantic.
