Las Vegas Women’s Marketing Collective to Host Executive Panel on Balancing National Brand Strategy With Local Market Success
Las Vegas Women’s Marketing Collective
Marketing leaders from Affinity Interactive, Full House Resorts and Port of Subs will discuss brand consistency, market agility, personalization and AI during Oct. 15 event
LAS VEGAS — September 29, 2026 — The Las Vegas Women’s Marketing Collective (LVWMC), a curated leadership community for women shaping the future of marketing and communications in Las Vegas, will host “Local Roots. National Reach. Who Really Controls the Brand?” on Thursday, October 15 at 4 p.m. at The Collective at 2252 E Pama Ln, Las Vegas, NV 89119.
The executive panel will explore an increasingly complex challenge facing marketers: how brands maintain a clear, consistent identity while giving local teams the flexibility to respond to the customers, culture and competitive dynamics of individual markets.
Featured panelists include:
● Chad Brown, Chief Marketing Officer, Affinity Interactive
● Kimberly Bender, Vice President of Advertising, Full House Resorts
● Lani Dorlack, Director of Restaurant Marketing, Port of Subs
● Moderated by Jess Guffey, Senior Vice President of Integrated Marketing at MassMedia
“Some of the most interesting decisions marketers are making today happen at the intersection of brand consistency and local relevance,” said Paula Yakubik, founder of the Las Vegas Women’s Marketing Collective. “A strategy that works nationally still has to connect with real people in individual communities. We created this conversation to bring together leaders who are navigating that balance every day and give Las Vegas marketers practical ideas they can take back to their own organizations.”
The event is part of LVWMC’s ongoing programming designed to bring together senior executives, rising professionals and emerging talent through educational panels, curated networking experiences and opportunities for meaningful professional connection. Since launching in 2024, the organization has convened women leaders from across Southern Nevada’s hospitality and gaming, healthcare, technology, retail, consumer brands, finance and professional services sectors through highly-curated education and networking events. In 2026, the Women’s Marketing Collective expanded to Phoenix, bringing its mission to Arizona and creating a new community for leading marketers to connect, collaborate and grow.
