Campaign Agency of the Year Awards 2026: Digital/Innovation Agency

2025 marked the 30th anniversary of Razorfish, and it’s leaning heavily into integration and reinvention that will set the stage for its next 30 years.

Appointing seven new C-suite and senior leadership roles in the past year, Razorfish committed to elevating data and CRM technology as growth engines, complementing its existing creative and media operations. This reflects the agency’s guiding principle that relationships, purpose and emotion need to connect to create lasting and impactful client work.

The integrated approach won the firm new business in 2025 — as a digital experience and loyalty transformation partner with Royal Caribbean and a paid media and social partner with Unique Travel Corp — and deepened longstanding partnerships. Notable campaigns included PayPal Open’s B2B play, The Melon Mogul, and Ram’s RAMdemption announcing the return of the Hemi engine and the brand’s first NASCAR sponsorship since 2012, which drove billions of earned impressions and tripled benchmark CRM performance.

Named a Most Innovative agency for two years running, Razorfish continued the innovation streak with investment in AI-powered tools such as its Beta Lab, housing generative AI creative capabilities across digital production, conversational experience and AI persona focus groups; Creator Colab 2.0, giving brands creator-led insights in five U.S. metro areas; and Seismic, a real‑time cultural intelligence tool that combines social listening with newer media channels like podcasts and Substack.
