AdLift adds sentiment analysis feature to its AI visibility platform
AdLift has introduced a sentiment analysis feature within its AI visibility platform, Tesseract, as brands adapt to changes in search driven by generative AI.
The update is aimed at addressing limitations in traditional sentiment tracking, as more users rely on AI-generated responses instead of visiting websites. Industry data cited by the company indicates that over 60% of search experiences now end without a click, with AI summaries influencing how brands are perceived.
The new framework evaluates sentiment based only on direct brand mentions, excluding unrelated content to reduce distortion. It classifies sentiment as positive when brands are associated with factors such as trust or innovation, and negative when linked to criticism or reputational risk.
The system is designed to support functions such as reputation management, campaign evaluation and competitive analysis.
Commenting on the launch of the feature, Prashant Puri, Co-Founder and CEO, AdLift, said, “With AI Overviews and large language models influencing brand discovery, perception can no longer be measured loosely. We built this framework to remove noise and give brands precise, defensible intelligence they can confidently present in the boardroom.”
Moolaram Mundliya, AVP, Organic Growth & Strategy, added, “We are committed to strengthening our R&D capabilities, and this feature is a testament to that effort. It brings together creativity, data, and automation into a single intelligent ecosystem, empowering brands to move seamlessly from insight to execution in real time.”
Tesseract tracks brand visibility across multiple generative AI platforms, including ChatGPT and other tools.
