Mr. Ram says company culture is not inborn and that it has to be developed through training and disciplinary action for employees. He says AI has also been enabled to monitor employee behaviour. 

“We do a monthly phishing simulation,” he says, noting that reports are taken based on who has clicked and that there are strict punishments for those who keep failing. 

Mr. Shivaramakrishnan says it’s important to tell departments why a security culture is important and what benefits it will bring to them, rather than framing it as just a responsibility.

“They are the big threat,” he says about the advanced-level access that seniors have.
